333brt Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the 333brt website accessible at 333brt.vip and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional features operated thereunder.

"Account" means the registered player account opened by you on the Platform.

"Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sporting event, or crash game multiplier via the Platform.

"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit, or incentive amount credited to your account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

"Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. 333brt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 333brt will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

333brt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following local payment channels:

333brt does not currently accept international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments. All transactions must be conducted using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused if your account has not completed identity verification, if a withdrawal is deemed suspicious, or if any active wagering requirements remain on your balance. 333brt will not be liable for delays caused by the payment service providers themselves (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 333brt does not operate multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied.

4 Betting Rules and Game Play

By placing any bet on 333brt, you acknowledge and agree to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement except where a specific cash-out feature is available and active.
• 333brt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result recorded in 333brt's internal system shall be deemed conclusive, subject to the applicable game provider's certification.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• 333brt is not responsible for any connectivity issues, device failures, or power interruptions on the player's side that result in a disrupted gaming session. Disconnection does not automatically void an active bet.

Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the betting section of the Platform. Results are settled based on official match scores as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority (ICC, BCCI, BCB, or equivalent body). 333brt reserves the right to suspend markets at any time prior to settlement.

Crash Games

Games such as Limbo, Demon Hunter, and Aviator are crash-format games where outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). By playing these games you accept that the outcome is governed solely by the RNG result and that no guarantee of any specific multiplier or result is implied by 333brt.

Live Casino

Live casino games streamed by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the specific game as explained by the dealer or displayed within the game interface. 333brt acts as the account operator and is not the direct game provider; live casino game rules are set and enforced by the respective studio operator.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, 333brt may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or seasonal promotions (including offers tied to Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Durga Puja, or major cricket events). All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses credited in error must be reported immediately. 333brt reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonuses at any time.

Real money funds and bonus funds within your account are tracked separately. Withdrawals may only be processed from the real money balance. Bonus fund conversion to real money balance occurs upon satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 333brt and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one player account, whether directly or through associates.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.

• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated means to interact with the Platform.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from a known system error will be voided.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

333brt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Prolonged inactivity as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, any verified real money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds, bonus winnings under investigation, or amounts subject to AML review) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus funds are not returnable upon account closure.

8 Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 333brt platform without express written permission from 333brt. Game content provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) is the intellectual property of those respective providers.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333brt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any loss of data, winnings, or account balance resulting from technical failure, unauthorised access, or circumstances beyond 333brt's reasonable control.

333brt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
